  The breakfast with the omelet bar is simply great. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in any hotel anywhere in the world. All the staff at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful.   The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very easy to get around. Concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday. Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.   Very clean hotel just basic needs are there. They have a sign up for shuttle to get to the airport. We took the train to downtown chicago, came back and got another ride with hotel shuttle back. Nice and safe way to visit Chicago and ride the train. - The rooms are very nicely decorated, with good storage and shower and very comfortable beds. Rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and helpful (thanks Mario), price was great, transportation to Chicago was easy, breakfast was tasty, even WiFi doesn't have those needless login pages or password so you feel just like at home. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. Starting our experience a week before arrival the hotel's concierge, jen, helped make our trip an unforgettable experience by arranging the best reservations for us at great restaurants and jazz venues.
