  The room was really nice, it had a couch, refrigerator and everything we would need. The price was very reasonable. The location was great: a couple of minutes from down town Aspen, with plenty of parking and near by running trails. The staff was very friendly. I was very impressed. - Incredibly friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, location wonderful just steps from the ski lift with free shuttles to the other 3 mountains, room very spacious, free shuttle to Aspen, free breakfast, easy access from room to slope, hotel food great, plus food at nearby Bumps very good.

  We stayed here for our summer wedding. Very helpful concierge, bellman and front desk staff! We were immediately given what felt like special treatment, but I think all of their guests are treated like royalty. Beautiful room and view of Aspen Mountain. Even though it is located in a more quiet area next to the mountain, we still were able to walk everywhere. Privacy, view - It is a wonderful place to stay in Aspen. We were there one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We travelled with another couple and it was convenient for us to all stay in this spacious condo. We had an upgrade on our reservation and enjoyed the furnishings, art work and well stocked kitchen. The beds wee comfy with very nice linens.

  Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were great really helpful. Excellent facilities including a free laundry and well equipped gym. Staff were also very tolerant and helpful after I lost my credit card (I'm from overseas) so very happy with the customer service. - I was there for a wedding and everything was in walking distance.

  We had a corner king room in this 21st century hotel with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The interior design of the entire hotel is delightful. Sleek. And wow, the fire place in the lobby is stunning. - Great hotel, if you're looking for newer hotel contemporary style. Very clean awesome place to stay!! I will be back !!

  Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

  The staff was very accommodating. We loved the room with 3 queen beds as it met our family's needs. That option was far preferable to having to get a roll-away or a separate room & was reasonably priced. Very close to expressway for easy access but noise was minimal.   Price first. Place ws basically no frills, but still - coffe maker, fridge, firm mattress, plenty of hot water. The remote wasnt bolted to the side table, and for those of you who know what I mean, this could have been a place like that, but you could tell they're trying harder. It made a difference. Cable.   This was our fourth visit to Aspen but the first time to stay there. This trraditional, historical and luxury hotel is one of best ones in the States, I believe. Not only the room we stayed but the common area are so nice! Condo location worked out as I did not have to take mom outside more than a couple of feet to the hot tubs that worked. It all worked out, even tho several pools were not available.   best thing is that they had air port transfers. Very nice for ppl who want to stay closer to downtown. Downtown was just 7 miles from here and you can ask for a taxi to the hotel staff - The staff were very friendly,the room were nice and clean we had no problem sleeping.we hope to come again soon.
