  Excellent hotel for living. It was totally worth the money paid for and had excellent and friendly staff as well as hotel room was beautiful and loved the Location <3 - For what I used the hotel for, it surpassed my expectations, the reviews I read are very harsh, this hotel is a place I plan on staying at again. Love the staff.

  Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40 minutes. I had called the day before because I had read so many negatives about their shuttle. But once I arrived the staff was superb. Loved it. Was very friendly and hospitable. They totally nailed it. I will be back! REstaurant staff was tops.   A convenint location for staying overnight near jfk Airport. After landing, we took the Air Train to Federal Circle where they have phones which are connected to the various nearby hotels. After calling, we waited 20 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive to take us to the hotel. The room was clean, modern and spacious, with a good shower. I would recommend the Garden Inn and Suites. - Shuttle - arrived within ten minutes of my call from the courtesy phone at JFK Fed. Circle - great as I was travelling alone and worried about waiting around at 11pm. Shuttle dropped off at requested terminal in the morning. Receiption staff very polite and efficient. Room was quiet and clean, and continental breakfast provided from 4am which was great. All in all a great place to stay close to the airport -- would highly recommend.

  I stayed at Sleep Inn for one night before I took and international flight. The staff was very courteous through my whole process. They made sure that I did not miss the shuttle and that I was in a secure area since I was traveling alone. This took a load of stress from me and I thank them all. This was a great start to a - The Hotel was very clean, which I was worried about and All employees were friendly. Business- like and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the staff did a great job at answering all our questions and or concerns. For a little over $100 ( since I booked online) I am extremely happy with my stay. For travelers with no transportation It is close to Jamaica Ave, a little cultural landmark and shopping center and close to The f train which about a 40 min ride to Times Square.   This is a great hotel for a stay before or after a trip with connecting flights. Close to JFK airport, not close to the city. Complimentary hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Not really for a long stay but I've stayed here four times for my Long Island visits. Front desk very friendly and recognized me as a frequent quest. I love this hotel - The free shuttle was waiting for us at 12.30 am when we arrived on the last leg of our flight from Sydney, Australia via Nadi and Los Angeles so it was a great end to our long journey. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but could be better. Room was a great size, really comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Thanks for a great stay.

Ineeded a shuttle and they sent one specially to pick up my tired crew,Mama, 4-year-old and 6-month-old at jfk.   Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. - Spacious and comfortable room.
