The resort is large, landscaping is perfect so we could take long walks around the resort and the artificial lakes.   The suites in this hotel are fantastic with plenty of space. The beds are huge and very comfortable. There are complimentary drinks every evening for residences in the Bar.They have a shuttle bus to take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius.   Every thing, we mainly use this hotel to catch early flight. The service was very accomodating since we had several small children with our party. Even provided a crib for the 2 year old. We even took advantage of the pool.Busboy took our bags to ticket counter. Every Thing ran smoothly. In our case, we were going on a Disney Cruise, and it was the perfect solution, as the transport to the port is located in the airport as well. Disney picks up the suitcases directly in the room, which is very convenient.

  I have seen this hotel from road for years when driving by on the way to Universal studios. This hotel has fun castle like appearance that made me book it for fun. The hotel is great! At entrance, already outside there is old times castle like music, bit off tune, but it's great. Make you smile. ROOMs are spacious, clean and comfortable.   It was a very nice hotel and the staff made you feel at ease. The shopi ng mall was fantastic. - I arrived late and was famished. The room service staff were courteous and eager to meet my needs. The meal was well presented and very palate-pleasing.
