  Rent, snyggt, och bra service - I enjoyed everything about the Hotel East Houston. The room was spotless, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Its proximity to the subway and a being on a main route through lower Manhattan via the bus was highly convenient. The breakfast was better than expected - very fresh quality with lots of selection.   My partner and I spent 3 nights at The Manhattan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with decent bathroom facilities. The hotel also provided free WiFi in the lobby. The location could not have been any better - very close to Times Square, Central Park, various restaurants... vad folk säger » and the subway. We wouldn't hesitate to book with The Manhattan again and we would highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends! - I was very impressed with the hotel. It was better than I though being in nyc . I would recommend everyone to stay there. Shopping was rt at the door . Eating also entertainment was rt there. I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The kids enjoyed themselves ,first time in nyc. My brother was with me and he only stay at the Hilton when he travel, but he stayed with me and rated this hotel as very good and that says a lot coming from him.

  Nice medium sized hotel in a good location. This hotel has about 50 rooms on 7 floors, a small breakfast area on the ground floor and fitness room with sauna and steam room in the basement. It is about a 5 minute walk from wall street subway station and 5 to 10 minutes from the south street seaport and the Staten island ferry (a great free way to ... vad folk säger » see the statue of liberty). Its worth going for a wander near by as there are quite a few restaurants, coffee shops and delis not to far away. We had - The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was beautiful. Conveniently located right near the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, it was a short walk to multiple Subway stations, the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, Pace University, the 9/11 Memorial, and Battery Park.   Excellent location,close to all major attractions in New York in fact within walking distances.Clean rooms and clean beds with neat linens.In fact when I wanted to change the room allotted to me which did not have a locker to one which had,they did it immediately.   We really liked the Belnord's location. It is in a quiet street close to Central Park, in the Upper West Side. It is only one block away from the subway station where Line 3 takes you all the way to Lower Manhattan without changing trains. The hotel room is small and the bathroom is really very compact, but that is the norm in New York.   Congratulations to the designer, the bathrooms are a wonder of design in such a tiny space. I was upgraded to a queens room, that was also a corner room. Enjoyed this corner of peace in the busy city. All staff was very nice, all including the smiling and courtous cleaning ladies.
