No surprises here; everything went off as expected. The apartment was very well appointed and the neighborhood was just as pleasant. Definitely would recommend and will try to book again once I’m back in NYC.

Customer Service was horrible. Virtually non-existent. They overcharged us and have not returned security deposit and will not respond to our inquiries. Location was not as expected. Services were not as advertised - stove didn't work. Simple amenities like hair dryer, iron etc were not available. Overall, unethical business practices and no way to resolve issues. Would not recommend or stay with Editions Residential again. Buyer beware!!!!. alla recensioner »
I have kept the room very clean, but the Cleaning Deposits of $175 would not be refunded. I am so disappointed about that.
Two nights costed $440 + $175, it's too expensive.
Leasing Team said:
Security Deposits should be refunded no greater than 30 days post your originally scheduled check-out date.
So I stil wait my money be refounded.
it's very strange system. The process to get a key is very difficult, cleaner didn't show up on time when I check-out(I had to wait for him or her around 11:30, I wasted my time.) There is no storage system. room condition wasn't good, even odor! If you are short time traveller, it's very annoying.
