The room was small - as any hotel room is in nyc but I could tell right away it was very clean (hard to find in nyc). There was no view but for the price (approx. $200/Night), I did not expect one.   The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable and the size of the room was good by NY standards. The location was fabulous for shopping. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.   When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

  I would stay here for a month given the opportunity. Very comfortable rooms, great bathrooms and classy decor. Incredible restaurant and bar and extremely friendly staff, My best stay in New York ever. - Ideal location. Amazing interior design. Beautiful-smily-helpful personnel. Very good suite.   It was about the average price that you'd pay for hotels in Times Square, but it was just outside the border of Times Square so it wasn't really noisy and busy. Having said that, it was about a 30 second walk from the centre of Times Square. Perfect location! Security deposit was only $100, which is relly cheap for ny. Free computer and printing, Internet, WiFi and - We absolutely loved this hidden gem! From the entrance onward! Carlos was very nice at check-in and check-out. The room was very much what we hoped for. I was skeptical to stay at a place that had kitchenettes but this was a pleasant surprise! Clean, plenty of room for us. Location could not be beat!! We look forward to staying again as we travel to nyc a few times a year. Lots close by. Walked everywhere from here and never seemed far!!   I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!
