The room was small - as any hotel room is in nyc but I could tell right away it was very clean (hard to find in nyc). There was no view but for the price (approx. $200/Night), I did not expect one.   The rooms were beautifully appointed in contemporary tasteful decor. Comfortable seating. Great flat screen TV. Bed was super comfortable and linens were really elegant. Bathroom setup was fantastic. The shower was the best I've ever had. Wish I could take it home with me. It was a rainshower type with great pressure and easy to turn on and off. Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

  Travelling as family with two older children 21 and 18, we chose the one bedroom suite with two double beds (most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in). The suite also had a bed settee in the lounge area. The suite was spacious and very comfortable with super TV's in bedroom and lounge, not that we spent much time watching the tv! We used the fridge - From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-) The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.

We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. By that time however I was already 30 minutes away by foot thoroughly - What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road! The room it self was so spacious, the bathroom was huge, it has a deep and wide bathtub, was great to relax in after walking for 10 hours around in NYC for 5 days. Beds we

  The view from our room was incredible! The service was great, staff were friendly; there were some people who truly stood out Gabriella at the front desk and her manager (whos name I do not recall) who personally ran up to our room to move the champagne and chocolates (which they very kindly gave us as an anniversary present) to our new upgraded r... vad folk säger » oom, which we loved. We had requested a late check out, as we were in NYC celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only were we granted the late check out, but just minutes after checking into our room, the hotel attache was at our door, delivering scrumption cupcakes with a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque. Such a lovely touch, it was very much appreciated and immediately kicked off the weekend in birthday celebration mode.
