Location was excellent... On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner.
The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!

The Hotel was very good for me, I was not expecting the good surprise, considering that I made the booking in less than a week. I arrived at the hotel at 08h30am after travelling for 24h between flights and stopovers and I desperately needed a shower. The room was clean and looked very modern, The bathroom was amazing, it didn't have a bath tube but just a shower but still very modern and clean -
Staff were very helpful, they know the city like the back of there hand. If you want to do anything just as the staff. No bellboy which is brilliant for first time travellers to the states, no awkward moment when your not sure what to tip. Wifi in every room so when travellers that come from far away wake early in the morning because your time clock is all screwed up, you can go on the Internet and check out things to do in New York. Helt klart att vi fick ett nyrenoverat hotellrum med alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig. - Läget var perfekt. Frukosten var enkel men tillfredställande. Lokalen är underdimensionerad. Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us any information we wanted. They also organised taxis - at a rate negotiated by the hotel which was cheaper than the regular taxi rate and stored our luggage (checkout time is the usual 12.00) and we weren't leaving New York until the evening. Bra hotell för pengarna, väldigt litet rum men det är ju inte där man ska vara. Perfekt läge! Sköna sängar och bra med städning varje dag, nya handdukar etc. Förväntningarna överträffades på det sättet. Dock snarare att rekommendera till en yngre publik. I absolutely loved the Sanctuary & would return in a heartbeat! I
was travelling alone for business but it would be ideal as a couple or

When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. I'd stay there again -

The location! Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around.
The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

I would stay here for a month given the opportunity. Very comfortable rooms, great bathrooms and classy decor. Square, but it was just outside the border of Times Square so it
wasn't really noisy and busy. Having said that, it was about a 30

We absolutely loved this hidden gem! From the entrance onward! Carlos
was very nice at check-in and check-out. The room was very much what we

could not be beat!! We look forward to staying again as we travel to nyc
