  We LOVED the old style hotel room that this place offered. Room is large but the hotel is OLD and in need of some minor repairs. The hotel desk clerks were very informative and friendly. - The room was clean. The furniture in good condition. The desk person was extremely helpful.   This was just a great hotel, one of the best we have experienced in this price range. We aren't for extravagance, and Ace was just what we like. Nice and simple. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was standard continental. In the heart of Belltown with restaurants and bars all within blocks and downtown proper only a 10 minute walk away.

  We booked this because it was by far the cheapest option and was a central location, thinking that we were likely to have to put up with sub-par accommodations; but were VERY pleasantly surprised at how incredibly comfortable the bed and pillows were, how clean it was, the addition of the little kitchenette and the somewhat spacious and styled bat... vad folk säger » hroom. I would recommend this place to anyone. - Great hotel for the price. Staff were attentive and very helpful. I was allowed to check in 4hours early and nothing was too much trouble.   This property is most attractive - well designed for the most part and has attractive decoration throughout. The location is great for the Seattle Centre - both for the attractions located there - opera, ballet, theatre etc., and the monorail for transportation to the city centre. There are many eating establishments nearby offering everything from Indian, Chinese, Steaks etc. - I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel.

  My husband and I looked at several hotels and the rooms at Homewood suites were bigger, and had more amenities than other hotels in the area. The decor was very classy and modern, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about the area. The room was spacious, clean and a great value compared to downtown hotels charinging beyond premium pricing for very small rooms. Kitchen was a huge plus.
