  The manager and staff created an environment that caused me to feel safe and secure. The rooms are quite lovely, clean and recently renovated. The free coffee was great along with the breakfasts. I was a teeny bit disappointed with the pool being closed while they waited on getting the disability lift installed. Aside from that, I was updated in regards to the things going on downtown so I had adventures - Super 8 was well worth the money. We only stayed 2 nights but was a pleasurable stay. Bed was comfy and the room was a good size. We had a car so it was easy to get around Pheonix, if you didn't then it would probably be abit far out but then again there's taxis and a bus line not too far away! Would definitiley recommend to everyone and would stay here again if I was visiting!

  Easily accessible by public transport. Close to the Lightrail (5 min) which brings you to the airport in 20 minutes. 10 minutes walk to Us Airways Center (NBA) and Chase Field (MLB) Staff were friendly and helpful.   I slept at the Americas Best Value Inn Downtown Phoenix for two nights in February 2013. I really liked the nice rooms where you feel very comfortable. Shower was nice, bed was great (with a lot of fluffy pillows), carpet felt good, no complaints at all. Very conveniently located and with a complimentary airport shuttle. I would go here every ti - The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed very friendly. We would definitively stay here again. Location is really good, you're 5-10 minutes walk (young couple ;) away of the center of downtown with a lot of options for restaurants, shops & attractions. You can see they are trying to put new life into downtown Phoenix. It will take more time but it's already worth visiting.

  Vintage "Route 66 style" motel beautifully updated and restored. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, bathroom had new fixtures, beds were comfortable. Close to downtown. Excellent value. - Cleanliness ......very friendly people working there ..... and within walking distance to us airways center where my concert... vad folk säger » took place.   Loved the price but I most loved the staff. The hotel was overbooked with a line out the door. You had the most amazing staff that kept their cool and used problem solving skills to accommodate their customers. I was extremely impressed. It is sad to say that it is hard to find that quality of customer service today and I didn't expect to find it ... vad folk säger » at a budget friendly hotel. - The room was large and more attractive than expected. And it was surprisingly quiet, although not so much from sound insulation; it simply was not a rowdy establishment. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were an impressive bonus for so inexpensive a motel. The restaurant/bar was casual and friendly. Most of all, I liked the price.
