  Front desk receptionist were very nice when greeting us.They explained everything about the hotel and locations of things throughout the city. The valet were also very helpful when calling taxis,directions, and just holding conversation with tourist.The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.Overall my stay was great and would de... vad folk säger » finitely stay - It was a wonderful experience living at your facility; everyone from the Front Desk personnel, Perry the concierge, the Bartender Eric, Housekeeping, the ladies who assisted with storing our luggage to the Breakfast Assistant were extremely pleasant and helpful.

  I was impressed on the cleanliness of the building and awesome hospitality by all persons employed at the hotel. The value was definitely worth it... I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. - toured new orleans

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is useful, you can dine in or prepare your sandwiches before a day of visit, an economic alternative.   We have stayed there before and it is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Good location and gorgeous. They are committed to providing first class service. - The rooftop was so romantic, you can look out over the city. The hotel had beautiful marble floors in the lobby.
