The staff is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is useful, you can
dine in or prepare your sandwiches before a day of visit, an economic
alternative. For the location, it's in garden district so you can
enjoy a nice walk on magazine street to join the French Quarter and at
night you have plenty of restaurants/bars in the area. -

I really liked staying here. It gave you that old "New
Orleans" feel.I Loved the friendliness of the staff and the place
is clean! I left something in my room and they went to allot of trouble
to help me get it back. You won't find that kind of service with
some of the big,fancy hotels. For the moneY I was very satisfied. We
enjoyed our stay there

The staff was helpful and responsive and the manager/owner(?) is a stand up guy who definitely goes above and beyond. The location is perfect for hanging out in the French Quarter. It's really cheap compared to other hotels in the area. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, plus no bedbugs! If I was back in NOLA on my own again, I'd definitely stay here.

The manager was really friendly, I believe his name was louis. I stayed
at the sweets inn for mardi gras. He was always willing to call a cab
for me and my boyfriend. The person that stayed before us had stolen the
key for our room but the manager was always right there to unlock our
room and let us in. I would recommend this hotel. I didn't feel

IF you are a guy (ladies would not feel comfortable here) simply looking for a place to sleep and don't care about amenities, this place will do. I slept well, it's 50 feet away from the bus stop ($3 all day travel pass), it cost 1/3 what convention center rooms cost and the management was helpful. Duke
