Stayed there on business a few times so knew what to expect. Fan static room, for the price you wouldn't get anything as good on the strip. No slot machines, decent gym and decent breakfast. -
I love the full size fridge, the individual bedrooms on opposite sides of the main "living area". The view was AMAZING from the living room!!!

This was my first time staying here. It was clean, the bed was very firm, and we had all the comforts of home. The blanket was a little itchy and the walls were a little thin, but other than that, we totally enjoyed our stay. I like that there was a kitchenette and a washer & dryer. We had an excellent stay at Blue Green 36 Resort !!! Our room was on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of the Strip !!! Our deluxe suite was clean, and comfortable !!! Love the walk in shower !!! The staff were all friendly, and our room was serviced everyday !!! I am extremely pleased with Blue Green, and look forward to staying there again in the future !!!

Excellent value for money, probably 4 star appartments with a full range of utilities. Within walking distance of the Las Vegas strip. Free shuttle to centre of Strip. Clean, spacious appartments with quality furniture and kitchen facilities. Hard to find fault. Food supermarket could be closer!

Staff was very friendly and gave great service. Room was clean and as described. Close enough to main part of the strip to walk every day. Restaurant inside casino next door (ellis-island) has good food at great price!! (Dinner for 2 for less than 30 bucks, steak 10oz and eggs 5.99$). We got a deal at about 800 for the room for 7 nights and it was well worth it. It was very large and had more than what you would find in the average home as for luxuries. they leave nothing out. You will feel like your staying in a 5 star room. Fantastic value for money. When we first saw our room we had the WOW factor. We had to double check to make sure we had chosen within our budget. Location was great aswell.

Having a suite with a kitchenette made the stay much easier. Could have breakfast in the suite or even food ready to take for lunches and such. Bed was comfortable and suite was well laid out. Staff were helpful and accommodating. All staff we met were helpful and friendly.We dodged the timeshare sell bullet that some have referred to (didn't take their promised incentives so they didn't push the matter).

Without exaggeration, the most immaculate and luxurious hotel suite I've ever stayed in - in fact, I thought the staff had mistakenly upgraded me when I first opened the door, as the price was so reasonable!

I can't say even one bad word about this hotel because it will not be true. Its location is very perfec becasue it is in the middle of the strip, it has a hot connection to Planet Hollywood and is a 1-5min walking distance from all popular strip hotels.
Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. I can not even understand how those guys from security have the power to talk and be so friendly to every guest of the gotel give you both the feeling of hospitality

Descent cafe/store on premise with reasonable prices
Unlike the Vegas casino hotels, Courtyard focuses on the needs of guests. After many stays in strip hotels, Courtyard was a blessing. Highly recommend to anyone who is not there to gamble. So much more comfortable. -
