  The staff were excellent, particularly Beau who provided fantastic service and excellent recommendations. The rooms were brilliant for our family, very luxurious and lots of space, and the location was spot on. This hotel made for a great stay in San Francisco. - Absolutely everything!!   This is a good location if you want to visit Marina District. If you want to go to the Golden Gate for instance. We actually rent bikes and from the hotel we could go to the golden gate, the road was stunning. We also could reach downtown through the embarcadero st which is also very nice.   I booked this hotel for a quick two day trip to see San Francisco with our kids based on the good price compared to nearby hotels, not really expecting much in the way of facilities. My wife even encouraged me to reconsider after out of fear it would not be clean or safe. I'm happy to say we were very surprised and happy with this property. Thank you for the pleas - Good budget-friendly hotel. We stayed for 2 days & walked or bussed the whole time. Very central location to everything. We walked from the hotel to Pier 39/Fisherman's Warf, Chinatown, North Beach, Union Square, then would take the bus back. We did this with a 5 year old & a 2 year old. The rooms were clean & tidy with plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again.

  Excelent relation price/quality and value for money. The hotel is recent and therefore very nice accomodations. The employee who received us was very friendly and pleasant. It has free parking (though it has limited parking places, all guests had their cars and we know that for sure because the hotel was full, we arrived late and were able to park... vad folk säger » with no problem). It has a breakfast included in the price which is quite exclusive. It is modest but has fruit, croissant, tea, nice coffe, chocolat - Hotel is spotless; the manager, "Yogi", willing to help in any way (e.g. she got us a 3 liter water bottle instead of the 2 1 liters we were to receive for 3 days), personally carried my breakfast to our room (I was using a cane); breakfast is adequate with excellent coffee (I'm a coffee maven). Located near lots of good restaurants in the Marina District on Chestnut and Steiner streets.

  We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our journey around the West Coast and had a pleasant stay at this hotel. We stayed on the second floor which had a small dining area and outside patio which we used alot. The room was a bit on the small side but had everything we needed and was clean. Location is great. If you're able I would recommend trying to walk up and down this at leas - As a mom traveling with 2 teenagers, I thought this was a great place. It's an older hotel that could use updating, but it's clean, staff is friendly and it has free parking. It's perfect if you do not plan on spending a lot of time in your room. We left every morning by 9am and came back around 7pm, so it was perfect for the amount of time we spent there. It was a 10-15 minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf and 4 blocks to the top of Lombard where it becomes the crookedest street. Easy walk to catc
