  The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. Took a 2.50 bus from the airport, and took a 2.00 b... vad folk säger » us to jungle island. Ate once in the restaurant in the morning and food was good as well as service. Wifi worked well in our room. - I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

  Professionalism and availability of the staff always ready to support and help the guest making their staying as nice as possible. The location is absolutely fantastic...in the very centre!! - Very comfortable bed, stylish, well-designed room. Room was very quiet. Free wi-fi was much appreciated.

  I absolutely loved this hotel, facilities were great, staff were great, especially Joelle at the front desk, fantastic location without being noisy, lovely rooftop pool, very convenient for beach and Lincoln Road. Can't wait to return. - I loved this little boutique hotel. the interior was really cool with the lovely old photographs. it looked like a Ralph Lauren design. The staff were great and the food in the bar was fantastic. Our room was lovely and the bed very comfy. Oh and we went down to the club downstairs and had a blast dancing the night away.

  Loved the decor, the light airy space that has been created throughout the ground floor. The pool area was lovely with comfortable and stylish seating.   The hotel had a very relaxing and zen feel. I like that it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Collins, but still close enough to walk over to the restaraunts and shopping.   The hotel was very nicelly decrated. wonderfull garden and pool. Next to the beach but does not hace its own beach. The rooms are clean comfi and big enough. We liked the hotel so much that we were sad that we are only staying for one night after our cruise. We willgo back and definatelly stay in the same hotel - Location, Location and Concierge
