FREE airport shuttle and FREE wifi included in the price! Front desk was attentive and courteous even while busy, shuttle and wakeup call scheduled easily at checkin, airport just 10 minutes away, room and bathroom very clean, everything working, great for early morning flight. Booked this for two international friends. Everything went smoothly. The staff two young ladies went out of their way to help me in every way they could to solve my problems with another hotel. Outstanding service and how I wish I knew their names. The room was comfortable, breakfast was fine and the use of the internet was great.
alla recensioner » Everything was perfect for what I wanted - I was picked up within 20 minutes by a lovely driver. The staff could not have been more helpful and the room was large and clean. Shuttle back to airport the next morning was ideal also. A perfect airport hotel. i liked that it was clean, friendly and near the airport. The shuttle service was prompt and friendly. It was perfect for my overnight stay to attend a meeting and leave the next day. I would recommend it to friends. My flight got in late and the staff was very friendly and were quick to check me in and set me up with a shuttle back to the airport. I loved the room it was very cozy and pleasant. Every thing was fine. When traveling all we really need is hot water, a comfortable bed, WiFi, and an early wake up. Coffee being available 24/7 was great. Will stay again. Good shuttle service from airport, Frontdesk was helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was as expected from this hotel range. Comfy bed Foodcourt near by Room service available. The lady at the front desk was amazing. It was a very busy night when we arrived and she was taking care of everything/everyone with a smile and positive comment. Proximity to airport. While I appreciate the services at the hotel, American standard bed for two was still too roomy and not comfortable with thoughts wasting water for washing such a huge bedding... ;-) it is pure personal view, though. United Airlines wouldn't pick up the tab. They were horrible and forced me to stay overnight. I literally checked in at 12:30 and got up at 4:30, so it was really just a resting spot. My impression of the place was positive. Better than what the ratings suggest. Although I requested a courtesy call, none ever came. Pillows are little on the bed. Room was warm. Breakfast wasn't that great. Nothing. Nothing was opened to eat at midnite. Airport shuttle not available when we needed it: 4:15 am; our flight was at 5:20 am. Desk ordered a cab for us at 4:15. The driver charged $20 for a 2 mile ride!. none. 'Breakfast' was very minimal. Hallways need paint and new carpet. Looked a little old and worn out. The return service from airport to hotel. The hallways and front lobby need updating. Having a bit of choice in regards to the continental breakfast would be nice. Some fresh fruit-bananas and apples would be my suggestion. No nearby Indian hotels for food so had to bear with Taco Bell.. price a bit high. nothing, we slept, ate breakfast and went back to airport.........was great. Only fast food and vending machine snacks available when arriving late. Staff was pleasant, but not friendly. Air conditioning was loud. Not sufficient nearby restaurant. Internet was slow around 8:00pm because too many users. For me it was not too bad, that was the only way to relax and stop Reading e-mails. Nothing. Breakfast was marginal.
