  Courteous staff ready to assist with every request. Very comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast included. Easy off / on access to the interstate. Cookies were great too. - Staff/owner very friendly and informative. Near downtown and eased to get to Gran Ole Opry and hotel Gaylord Opryland. A must see.

  The Staff were super friendly and willing to help in any way that we asked. Recommended a great pizza place nearby. Loved the indoor pool. I went there to visit my granddaughters (ages 4 & 5).   Room was clean and smelled clean. Pool was clean.Everything outside looked well upkept.Room appeared to have been freshly painted and was very nice inside. - The room was large and the hotel is in a great area. We weren't far from any destination we had planned for the trip. I would definitely stay here again.

  I liked the proximity to the airport and the shuttle. The desk clerks at both check-in and check-out as well as the shuttle driver were extremely nice and helpful. - I loved the fire burning in the lobby! It gave for a relaxing visit after being on the road for 4 hours.

  It was very nice that the internet access was continued after check out. My flight was not for several hours after check out. It allowed me to work while I waited to take the shuttle to the airport. I stayed at a hotel that was about 3 times the price and internet was cut off at the time of check out.   Room size was great!! Location was good close to nashville but far enough from all the traffic. Jump off the highway and hotel is right there. Side note gas was cheaper in the area then other places - It was very quiet and out of the City enough it was stress free to get around but close enough to enjoy the City life when ready.   The price and location could not be beat. There were several nice restaurants and a grocery store close by. We were about a half mile from Nashville Shores water park and a great big lake. The stores were close enough to walk to just a few yards away. - The room was clean and affordable for just a one night stay to break up our trip. There are many restaurants and gas stations nearby, which was nice. Also, the room had a fridge so we were able to store some of the items from our cooler.
