  Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were great really helpful. Excellent facilities including a free laundry and well equipped gym. Staff were also very tolerant and helpful after I lost my credit card (I'm from overseas) so very happy with the customer service. - I was there for a wedding and everything was in walking distance.

  We had a corner king room in this 21st century hotel with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The interior design of the entire hotel is delightful. Sleek. And wow, the fire place in the lobby is stunning. - Great hotel, if you're looking for newer hotel contemporary style. Very clean awesome place to stay!! I will be back !!

  Breakfast was hot with a decent variety. Great location by I-25 & I-70. Coffee in the lobby avail 24/7. Other folks utilized the shuttle. Can use their computer for free and print things for a free. Pretty lobby; smells good in there. I like the way the building is shaped, with 3 chairs on 3 corners of the floor. Free breakfast was delicious and the eating area was cozy. The free shuttle service is a plus and takes you to the downtown area so you don't have to worry about driving your car downtown.   Special commendation to Erin Strong, Chief Concierge who gave personal attention to ensure my expected parcels via courier service arrived safely, kept securely and delivered immediately on registration.   best thing is that they had air port transfers. Very nice for ppl who want to stay closer to downtown. Downtown was just 7 miles from here and you can ask for a taxi to the hotel staff - The staff were very friendly,the room were nice and clean we had no problem sleeping.we hope to come again soon.

  the non smoking room was really nice, which we seen first because i wasnt paying attention and when we checked in and they had given us a non smoking so we had to move to smoking becasue my husband smokes it was good for the price and we mainly slept there we were visiting family so we didnt spend mch time in the room - The staff was outstanding!... vad folk säger » The guy in the dining room (0630-0700) was fabulous, the front desk people very helpful and friendly.   The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area, directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of employees! Thanks to letsbookhotel.com and the sheraton for a fantastic four - The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St. Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to get to where we were going.

  This is an older hotel, but my room was well-maintained, clean and comfortable. It was also a great price for the location. They also offer a great free breakfast as part of the stay. Cable tv and wireless are included. - The price was good and the location was excellent. I would recommend the hotel to friends and I would stay there again.
