  The room was beautiful and the location near both the airport and the Mall of America couldn't be better. We had dinner at the restaurant; the food was gourmet, delicious, and affordable. We were able to "park" our bags so that we didn't have to haul all of our airport bags to our room. The customer service was amiable, helpful--excellent in all ... vad folk säger » respects. I have told all my friends about it. - Staff was GREAT, Friendly and very helpful. Upon leaving the rear tires on my SUV were very low and I had a 6 hour drive home with 2 teens. Karen at the desk was understanding and was able to have Raleigh in Maintenance help me get them filled so I could get on the road! VERY much appreciated and we got home safely.

  The new remodel is classy and modern. The beds are comfortable and the rooms now have an RFID card access key. The staff is AMAZING. They are very friendly and courteously helpful.   Thought the hotel was very tasteful in design and has a great history. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great bar to have dinner and drinks. - The Decor of the hotel is really nice.It's very comfortable and relaxing.
