  Luxurious hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Lovely view from our mansion - block 9. Balcony with proper seating is such a plus. Gardens are immaculate. Main pool area beautiful and very comforatable beds available. Could do with a proper poolbar though. Very tranquil atmosphere. Breakfast I thought was excellent.   Allt - The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

  Fantastiskt hotell i alla avseenden. Håller världsklass. - The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

  Everything, the hotel was great i have already booked my next stay. It will be perfect once all the food and beverage outlets are open, - The hotel was very well located, and facilities were very good. Was a very enjoyable stay.

  Everything ... there was plenty of choices of activities to do for adults and especialy children...most important the Hotel employees were so pleasent and helpfull... And always smiling ... you felt like a VIP at all times... Poolen på 3 dje våningen perfekt. - I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. Great g... vad folk säger » ym too. - Everything from when we arrived at the airport with transportation to the hotel, to the housekeeping, and the staff were awesome. Everyone was very pleasant, and helpful. We will return in the future on our next trip to Dubai, and also recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

  Upon arrival the staff greeted us and took over the check in process, i only had to sit and relax while the front desk lady had to prepare the papers for check in. The hotel is amazing in terms of first impression us we were astonished with the internal decorative design. The room was super. The staff were very polite and all were asking about our stay each time we pass through any staff. Had out breakfas - The luxury of the facilities and treatment by all the staff from bell boys to management. The room and the bed were fantastic. There is a bath that could fit in a family of four! The pool area and surrounds were very well located with excellent service poolside. Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to choose from. Also the free shuttle from and to the hotel stopping at various places was so helpful.
