The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

The hotel is next to Intercontinental and also to a Mall. Walking from Crowne Plaza to the Fetical City shopping mall is through Intercon and the walkway is all airconditioned, and both hotels being new the environment is just perfect for a relaxed weekend. I chose to stay at this hotel because of its perfect location. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. I needed to walk for less than 2 minutes to get to the entrance of the World Trade Center. The room was always clean and the staff were very friendly. I was staying on the 7th floor and the Wi-fi signal was excellent. I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes.

I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their
warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the
room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok.
The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big
umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There
is a variety of top restaurants. There is a kids area with lots of toys.

Very nice hotel. Absolutely no ladies are allowed in the rooms. Rooms are fully monitored by cameras and if they see a woman come in your room, they will be banging on the door within minutes. and via the hotel were a good value. Yes there were working girls but
they were understanding of 'no' thank you. One of the two clubs
