  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was

  The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money.   Mycket serviceminded personal. The Cavendish serverade mycket vällagade rätter med god variation i menyn. Roomservicen var fenomenal, vi kom sent 02.30 och beställde en Pepperonipizza som kom nygräddad efter mindre än tio minuter från egen ung i hotellets källare, imponerande!   In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so ... vad folk säger » it is possible to reach most destinations especially if you like to go to the Shopping Malls. If you do not want to use the Metro the Taxi's are very - The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and the busy Al Rigga street. They were flexible enough to get our room cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we left our room.
