  The receptionists are wonderful, I did not feel lonely one bit, the hotel taxi man, cant remember his name, he drives a hummer, he took me round dubai and never got tired of taking pictures of me which is great as a solo traveller, I got lot of wonderful pictures thanks to him. I paid for Queen's room but they upgraded it to Executive room free of... vad folk säger » charge. It is a wonderful hotel with warm people, i will go there over and over again. - It is close to the metro station. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. They had breakfast there for a good price. Aileen at the front desk really helped us by suggesting and booking the desert safari for us. She and Pappu also went out of their way to organise us transport to the airport on short notice on a friday before 1. And the driver shahJohon was really friendly and helpfull.

All staffs are very dependable in the reception most esp.the only lady in this hotel named Joana made my stay complete for her helpful and assistive guides and i saw not only for me but for other guests too.
