Excellent very friendly staff who even remembered me from a previous trip. Location to train and metro is excellent. Short walk from the train station with luggage means you can be dropped off from a Sky Bus for 40UAH instead of being charged 200 - 250 UAH for a taxi.

The hotel was located quite well. Up on a hill over the Olympic stadium with only a 10 minute walk to the main street. Breakfast wasn't huge but it was decent with several options eggs, sausages, pancakes, etc. Wifi was good enough to video chat with so that was nice. I liked that there were water coolers on each floor so I could easily have drinking water.
