  We stayed in reubens court and the location is fantastic - only about five minutes from city centre, and there is a tesco express and morrisons local just up the road to buy food etc for the apartment. TV included sky movies and sky sports (the boyfriend was very happy about that) We didn' - We stayed in the riverside Merchant Exchange apartment and the location was brilliant, just a few minutes walk to all the shops, restaurants & tourist attractions. The views across the city and river were lovely and the apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We appreciated that parking, Wi-Fi and Sky HD were all included in the price.   The building is beautiful with traditional decor and large stained glass window at the main stair case. The staff were really friendly and could not have been more helpful, providing everything from an annotated map to the city centre - without me asking for it, to menus for local restaurants.   Lovely warm welcome, which continued throughout our stay of two nights. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfasts were delicious and nothing too much trouble for our wonderful hosts.   the staff from our arrival were more than helpfull, and went out there way to find us a nice resturant to eat in and made the reservation for us. the hotel and the staff were brilliant! - The location and view from our room was excellent as was the room itself. Staff lovely, left the phone charger in the room when we left, Manager posted it back to me next day, no problem. Breakfast delightful. Would definitely go back.

  Had a great stay at Burswood Guest House, the attention to detail was first class, down to dressing gowns, slippers, chocolates and real napkins (not the usual paper serviettes) The breakfast was excellent a great selection of fruit and a lovelly cooked breakfast. It was a pleasure to meet the owners, George and Maureen, they ensured we had a comfortable stay. - What a fantastic place to stay! This was a two night treat weekend at the races for my father in law and did he get a treat, as we did also! It was like staying in a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was better than most top business hotels I have stayed in across Europe. The attention to detail in the bedrooms and the dining room was fantastic. George the owner is a lovely guy and the service is second to none.
