  The owners and staff were very welcoming and ensured that we had a veryenjoyable stay. In fact we had such a lovely break we extended our stayby an extra day! Pool was excellent as the weather was very wet duringour stay we made excellent use of the facility. The rooms are verytastefully decorated and comfortable and the breakfast was freshlycooked... vad folk säger » to order and very tasty! First class break.. - Our room was spotless and the pool was great. It was really nice to relax in the pool after a long day walking and enjoying the activities and beautiful scenery of the lakes. The breakfast was delicious. I will be recommending this guesthouse to all our friends and will definately be going again. The owners are really nice, we had a great time.

  I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff, wonderful choice and quality of breakfasts. The owner, told me he used to own a fish restaurant so that's obviously why the fish dishes are so perfect. Modern, bright up to date bedroom with a fabulous power shower. I have stayed at many B and Bs in this area and this surpasses the lot (and it's a lo... vad folk säger » t cheaper than many of the others) Great location. - Great location. Safe and easy walk to both Windermere and Bowness. Food was unbelievable. Huge choice and excellent quality. Dining room is modern and there was a good atmosphere at breakfast time. Staff were efficient and friendly. Our budget room was clean and cofortable. Perfect for our stay. Limited parking on the premises but lots of free and unrestricted parkining across the road.

  The bar and lounge area was fantastically comfortable with great views and a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. The cupboard of kids games was a brilliant idea. - Good location, good facilities, friendly staff, dog friendly, easy parking.

  Excellent location. The apartment was very well equiped and the ownermade us feel very welcome. Although we stayed there in summer it wasquite cold and wet but heating was available all day if we wanted touse it.
