  Very polite, friendly and helpful family run guest house. Free wifi and availability to pay for off road parking very helpful. It was quiet. Excellent location for anybody needing Twickenham Stadium. Easy to get to Richmond and to Waterloo. - Location is brilliant for the stadium! Would definitely stay again for events there.   Have used this hotel many times over the years as a stopover while attending local meetings. As always the room was very clean and well presented. The bed was huge. Check-in and out was very easy and the staff polite and business-like. Although I ate at the excellent Café Venice in Whitton - the best Italian in the area - there is a very good res... vad folk säger » taurant co-located with the hotel. Will always use this hotel when I am in the area. - we stayed for 4 nights and was made very welcome all the staff were friendly polite and eager to please. The resturant was very pleasent spotless clean and more than enough choice.We also dined of an evening the food was excellent well presented and the chef was superb.Would like to recommend chef for the lovely very well priced food. Excellent value.Would certainly be visiting again.

  Fab staff and breakfast next door was superb (although could have been included in the price). Very clean and main bed very comfy. Above all, the staff made it very pleasant and were lovely with our daughters. Thanks gents and ladies!   Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service.   I stayed in a single and double room on 2 separate occasions which were both fantastic. I appreciated the extra touches in the rooms (generous coffee, tea, biscuits, good LAN connection). Beautiful bathrooms, tasty and generous breakfast. Best thing of all - the price was reasonable. Although the bus stop to Hammersmith Bus Station is right outsid... vad folk säger » e the Hotel and Osterley Tube Station about 10 mins walk away and it takes quite a while to get to and from the Hotel, I'm sure this is what makes it - Good location for Heathrow and early morning flight. Although there weren't a lot of parking spaces we found a space immediately so didn't have to worry about driving off to find one. Good soundproofing as it was on the flightpath of arrivals. Very comfortable. We needed a comfortable hotel near to Heathrow to spend our last night with our youngest Daughter who was travelling to the USA to go to university this Hotel ticked all the boxes.
