  Staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a good atmopsphere in all areas of the hotel. I left my phone charger in my room on departure and they were great about sending it on to me, very efficient! I had heard that parking could be an issue after reading other reviews on the hotel but I parked straight away, directly in-front of the hote... vad folk säger » l. - The room was fantastic, beds were very comfortable, staff were excellent, and the facilities were brilliant.   Really loved the park hotel. Lovely decor with two lounges and a nice bar. Bar meals very reasonably priced. We were upgraded from a standard room to a family room on arrival, room no 3 which was really nice with lovely views of the harbour. Outside nice seating area with the view. The hotel in my opinion is the best positioned hotel in Tenby lovel - Staff were very obliging. Beakfast was served to you which is a novelty these days and all the staff were polite, helpful and had time for a word with you. Would not suit any one disabled because there were a lot of steps, despite there being a lift, the steps needed negoiating for reception breakfast etc. The view at the hotel over Tenby was a 10 out of 10 but you need to appreciate the hotel is positioned on a hill so you need to be able to walk up and down to get in to Tenby and back.

  The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful andfriendly. Easy access to the North beach and town. Will definately begoing to the hotel again next year. - Welcome and service provided by management and staff was excellent. Foodbrilliant. Location just right. Will go there again and recommend it.

  The proprietors and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as was the hotel lounge. The dining room was attractively decorated (as were all other rooms that we saw) and both breakfasts and evening meals were delicious, with an excellent choice of menu.   The whole atmosphere was good and my wife and i immediately were able to relax from the the time we entered the hotel. The spa facilities were really good and the location from the town was just right. The staff were so helpful. and always had a smile for you. The room was very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet at night, so very restful. Food was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

  The host lee was fantastic so inviting and welcoming when we arrived! The breakfast was to die for such a good cook! The house was always clean and tidy and smelt of lees beautiful cooking! The views from the balcony were beautiful even though the weather wasn't always on our side! Well worth the extra money for a sea view and big bed! We w - Warm and friendly welcome from owner Lee who is also a superb chef, who cooked us an excellent evening meal, and delicious breakfast to order. Our room and in fact the whole house was homely and tastefully dressed with a traditional country feel, set in a quiet location with beautiful sea and country views from the balcony leading from the bedroom. Very comfy bed. Would definitely recommend as an ideal B&B for exploring Tenby and the surrounding area.

  We arrived slightly earlier than check-in time and were given our room immediately. Even though its on a main road and has a railway behind, we weren't disturbed by any noise. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The whole place looked like it was very well cared for and had an attractive decor. We hadn't booked breakfast for the following morning but the staff had no problem accommo - Good parking, warm welcome. Nice size room and bathroom, clean and not dated. Good breakfast and evening meal with plenty of room between tables. All on one level so no stairs to climb. Bus and trains into the town just a short walk away. A taxi into town for not much more than two train or bus tickets so the car had a holiday, bonus. A customer orientated, dynamic and focused family run hotel. A gem of a hotel.

  My fiancee and I stayed on 27th April for 1 night and would definitely return and recommend. We were welcomed by Shirley and felt straight at ease. She showed us to our room (room 5) and informed us of the t&c's and left us to it. The room was beautifully decorated with crisp fresh bed linen and fresh towels on a heated towel rail! The breakfast was cooked on request with - I received a very warm welcome when I arrived to check in. The room was lovely (room 1) and the bed super comfy. What I really liked, too, was the hot drink choice in the room and a decent amount of teabags & milk! There's a great breakfast selection and the food was delicious. The B&B is just round the corner from Tenby train station which was perfect for me! I would recommend this B&B to everyone!

  Everything! The atmosphere when you arrive is friendly, even though they were hosting the local school fete in their garden. The all staff were friendly as were the locals. We arrived back at 00.45 and were still abl - Staff always friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them to do. Food excellent with local produce and fish caught daily. All meals cooked whilst you wait with generous portions. Rooms very comfortable with genuine features as this inn was a farmhouse about 200 years ago. Will be going back for another stay next summer and would happily recommend this inn. There is plenty to do and see within about a 25 minute drive. Scenery magnificent.

Rooms were well presented and he has plans to renovated this whole place. He has deals with local restaurants for money off.

  The staff were very friendly and professional, and we were welcomed warmly. The room (China) was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom with both bath and shower. The rooms were wonderful. We were so taken with the hotel, we extended our stay - which the staff managed for us perfectly. The restaurant was excellent, and a nice place for an evening. The bar likewise, good ales and wine, and the atmosphere of a good pub (with a great terrace too, if the sun's shining) - perfect. The breakfasts were great too.
