Comfortable, well presented, good food, pleasant and helpful staff, very convenient location. Were able to drop our bags off early which was very useful. Very comfortable rooms, well decorated. Excellent location of hotel for arena, shopping centre etc.went to a concert at shefield areana. Yes definitely. the comfort and size of the bed. Its a new hotel and as such the decorations, carpets etc are all new/clean. Room was lovely and spacious. Close to city centre and arena and meadowhall. alla recensioner »
It was clean, comfortable and within an easy walk of Meadowhall railway station. Proximity tp Tram Stn and Meadowhall.Friendly staff, good location for Meadowhall and Sheffield Arena. Clean, good facilities - comfy bed, stylish, nice food.Clean and comfey rooms. nice and cosy. ease of access to meadowhall and motorway. Closeness to meadowhall and hallam arena. easy access. The only issue was the noise from the next rooms toilet, used a few times during the night which woke me up.Cold plates at breakfast. We ordered a taxi, which left before we got down to it (!). When we went to reception for help, it seemed too much trouble for some of the staff to help us sort. Eventually, another member of the team went to that manager and he got the issue sorted and another taxi ASAP. Overhead lighting in room could be better. The air conditioning unit, even when switched off, still made a loud noice once an hour.Staff when checking in quite unhelpfull and a bit rude. Also pillows were far too thick!. it was xcellent. noisy-on floor -. Lack of food after 10pm. Bath towel too small. the staff on the desk wasn't very welcoming.
