A good location by the beach and easily reached by public transport or
by car. We drove and parked in the hotel car park which is remote from
the hotel in a key code locked compound. The sea view was excellent and
the pier is a mere short walk along the road.
Excellent service - all the staff where very friendly - I travelled alone with my young daughter and they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and well maintained - seaview and quiet - would definitely stay here again.alla recensioner »
Very friendly receptionists ( day and night ), helped us to plan our tour thoroghly every day, managers orgasining the breakfast facility are extremely courteous, housekeepers are very friendly as well.. Excellent location..
Staff are excellent, food is superb and the service is hard to beat.
Rooms are clean and tidy.
All in all a wonderful place to stay on the beachfront at Sandown.

Looks a bit tired in places and suffers with condensation on the windows
but nothing wrong that should be of a concern.
Needs upgrading.. E.g. Sinks, taps, lift, WC, toilet ( reception )..

We did not like having to move rooms at 11.45 pm because the guests
upstairs had left water running which ended up coming through the
ceiling.I Was not happy as this disrupted my 2 year Grandson's sleep
and unsettled him for the rest of the night.

Place was taken over by a thousand pensioners who thought they owned the place. Waited 15 minutes before the breakfast order was taken and that was only after calling a member of staff over. Then whilst eating breakfast a woman arrived with her husband and she asked us to move because it was their table!!.
