I was very pleased with my room "studio200". The reception staff was very helpful and I felt well looked after after a long day of moving house. Also the "3D"shower in the room was wonderful!!! - enjoyed use of pool and hot tub, good friendly staff and overall good atmosphere. excellent food for breakfast

Excellent stay at Shh. Friendly staff, clean and good quality accomodation. Only complaints would be the pillows are rather thin and the road outside is fairly loud - The location of the hotel was perfect for me, the rooms were extremly comfortable, Staff were very polite and helpful and the food was wonderful.

Atmosphere, helpful staff, nice surroundings, easy parking. Didn't eat there dinner but dining room was very pleasant. Overall, very good. - Our room was lovely and had recently been up graded. The staff were very helpful at all times and nothing was too much trouble.

We've stayed at the Royal Wells before and would go back there every time. It's by far our most favourite place to stay when we are in that area. It's friendly, relaxiing and extremely clean. Very polite and efficient staff, very cosy and inviting bar area where we went for a drink and then saw some people dining and decided it looked to good to miss out on even though we were at a party later with a buffet!! Meals were beautiful and a very good extensive menu, breakfast was all you could ask for too. Would definitely return here. Room

The Camden Arms does the simple but important things well. The welcome and greeting were personal and friendly. Lunch was excellent as was breakfast. The staff were polite and extremely helpful. The room facilities were excellent and the standards of cleanliness and hygiene were exemplary. The ethos and practices at the Camden shame many of the large chain hotels.

I actually booked in a colleague who was very impressed by the hotel. Apparantly the bed was the most comfortable he has slept in for a long time. Only downside to mention is that it is not very suitable for someone who has difficulty with stairs as to get to the rooms there a a number of narrow flights. Overall however he was very happy to be staying at the hotel. Food was good and staff very friendly

The overall "Western" theme made the hotel different. This was supported by excellent facilities in the hotel and a close proximity to Tunbridge Wells centre.
Excellent staff and very good breakfast buffet. We didn't eat at the restaurant but all our contacts say the food is excellent and if it matches breakfast they are right.
