  This is a great place to stay. Good location just outside Stornoway. We stayed in the cottage behind the guest house and it was immaculate with great facilities. Donald is a very welcoming and excellent host. Thanks. - The owner was a great man. Founf myself sitting with him for an hour on the 1st night chatting away about the island, mainland ... vad folk säger » etc. I'd recommend this place for a great place to stay!!

  Courteous, thoughtful attention by staff. I arrived at 10 p.m. (plane delay) and had a most welcome meal provided. The day before I was leaving, a staff member came to my door, to remind me that it was time for me to go if I was to catch the plane back to the mainland. He was relieved, when I told him that I wasn't leaving until the following da... vad folk säger » y. I really appreciated his concern, though. - As a first-time visitor from South Africa, was blown away by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and establishment. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and special. Have to make special mention of Lewis who performed above and beyond what was expected of him :)

  Lovely comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space. Bathroom with large shower & separate bath. Good complimentary shower gels etc. Very friendly & extremely helpful staff - a charger was found for my Kindle. - The staff were very good and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean.   A lovely friendly welcome, the room was very comfortable, clean and cosy. Good breakfast and excellent value for money. Easy parking on front so no worries about no private car park. We would be even more likely to use it again now knowing how close it is to everything, including the ferry! - The location is beautiful and so close to other great ... vad folk säger » places to visit.   Excellent house with all amenities including bikes for all. Geroge the propriotor made us all very welcome . Excellent stay would highly recommend this location for a grp particularly a family - Super to have the whole house to yourself with every facility. Really was home from home.
