  The staff were really efficient and friendly, the rooms were beautifully clean and very comfy. The setting was pretty and the food good and well priced. - Comfortable, clean rooms. Lovely breakfast and very friendly staff

  We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble - The personal welcome. The guesthouse was very clean and well organisedand very comfortable. The owner was very welcoming.

  The room was brilliant, we had a family room so had a sofa and tv which made it really feel like home. When we arrived Jacqui made us a cup of tea and made us feel very welcome. The bathroom looked newly decorated with a lovely big bath, shower and heated towel rail with the softest towels I've ever felt, truly luxurious! The breakfast was delicio... vad folk säger » us, you could taste the quality of the home grown bacon and sausages, the freshly squeezed orange juice (although not squeezed by them) was delicious - We have just spent a couple of days in this lovely B & B. We were met by Jacqui (the owner/manager) and offered tea and delicious cake. The room was lovely and the bathroom was very modern and fantastic (I really loved the shower!). We really enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated the fact that a lot of the food was home produced. The family were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help and give advice as where to go in the area as we were very new to it. We would definitely recommen

  Michael, the owner, now runs Edmund House himself. He is very friendly and accommodating. It was kind of nice and homey to sit there in the kitchen/dinning area and watch him make my breakfast. The food was very good. I liked the sausages, best of any B&B on the trip. I am not a fan of English breakfast sausage, these were actually good! Ever... vad folk säger » ything was fresh, the mushrooms tasty. The room was clean and spacious with the largest TV on the trip. Same with the bathroom (sans the TV). Edmund - We didn't know what to expect coz had not been before but were pleasantly surprised by spacious room and very nicely done full bathroom. Top marks. Host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast nicely done. We had traveled over 200mi to view a house so it was fantastic to come to such a relaxing place to chill and to recoup before heading back.

  When I arrived I was told there was a problem .....best thing ever .....open log fires made the house not only looks nice but kept the house really warm Electric rads were placed all over to keep US all cosy ....wonderful... Sstaff and the hole place were wonderful...... Will definitely go again - Lisa and the staff were so welcoming and friend... vad folk säger » ly. We stayed in the beach room which was beautiful and very very clean. The blueberry pancakes at breakfast are to die for and my little boy loved playing outside on the trampoline. I cannot fault The Cherries, we had a wonderful stay.

  We were charmed by our hosts, the atmosphere and the gracious hospitality. The pub served fantastic beer and our rib-eye steak dinner was absolute perfection. Very easy to find, and we loved our proximity to the cliffs for a secluded morning walk. - The owner/operators are the most gracious hosts.
