  The room was really clean. The staff were really helpful and gave a great breakfast service with a lot to choose from. It was also in walking distance from the Hammersmith Apollo which was a bonus. - Very welcoming and helpful. Great value. Near to tube. Nice surrounding area with nice bars and restaurants. Good breakfast and clean

Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom had bath and a show. The bed was extreamly comfortable. Wonderful large flat screen tv with plenty of channels. very close to my office so location excellent for me and only 2 mins walk from the tube so great for getting around London. I will be stopping again when next in office

  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

  We thought the hotel was excellent. It was clean, modern and very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were especially helpful and friendly and the food was very good. This was the first time we have stayed in a Premier Inn but we will certainly use them again if they are all of this standard. - The staff were so nice and very helpfull... vad folk säger » . they gave an excellent service. The hotel is so near the tube station, it was excellent. The food was also excellent in this hotel. we felt very safe staying here. We will def be back.

  Servicen, personal - couldnt fault anything, staff excellant, friendly atmosphere, would definatley stay again and again. - It was clean and very comfy and very handy to the Olympia Exhibition Centre where I was working.

  Very comfortable, clean, no fuss accommodation - Very convenient if coming into London by car. Hotel has relatively cheap parking and location is not too far from sights of South Kensington. Hotel is good value by London standards and breakfast included as standard.

  I come down to London every month through my job with Outward Bound, and I have never stayed in a hotel that is so close, just across the road from the London office, which is great, especially when you come from Scotland and not used to the tubes and trains - There was a problem with my door as within 5 minutes of calling, someone was there to loo... vad folk säger » k at it.
