Withing walking distance of Millenium stadium (purpose of our visit). was a pleasure to walk into such a comfortable,bright and pleasant bed room. The staff were most obliging, friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was substantial, varied and tasty.
... vad folk säger » It is great that there is parking adjacent to hotel. - Have stayed in a few Mercure hotels now, including Carcassonne and Cologne and cannot fault this chain of hotels. This is definately my favourite chain. As for the Holland House in Cardiff i was a fantastic experience, with great facilities and lovely rooms! 10 out of 10!

We were very impressed with all the staff, and were made to feel very welcome and looked after. The hotel looked great and was extremely comfortable. - Everything was professional and prefect. This is a first rate hotel.New of course, but a welcomed choice over the regular dives in Neath.

our room was comfortable with an excellent mattress and thick curtains and the bathroom had a good sized bath with lots of hot water and large fluffy towels and dressing gowns - altogether a most successful stay. -

This is a great place to stay, close to the cia, all the shops andrestaurants and the train station. You come and go as you please. Thestaff are extremely friendly. I used the hotel to await a travelling companion and the moved on to our appointment the next morning. Bar facilities adequate. staff friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay. The room was lovely, spacious and spotless. We had a very nice breakfast with plenty of choices. The hotel is very well located, just a ten minutes walk away from Cardiff city centre. Lots of restaurants and amenities close by. The hosts, James and Maria were most hospitable and made us feel welcomed. The room was large, very comfortable and very quiet. The included continental breakfast was varied and excellent quality and the optional hot breakfast was delicious. The townhouse is a comfortable 20 minute walk through a lovely extensive park adjoining a river to the centre of Cardiff. There are a number of restaurants within a five minute walk that cater for all types of food. We will be staying here again if next in

The Elgano exceeded all expectations.
My stay was on a weekend when the Welsh rugby team were playing so it was a busy weekend in the City centre.
I arrived at 7.30pm on Saturday and even though I arrived at what seemed a busy time in their restaurant/bar I was greeted with a hello by smiling and courteous members of staff and checked in promptly.

I loved the feel and the surrounding of the manor hotel, it is a very relaxing atmosphere.
A big unique selling point of the hotel for me was the gym.
I also loved the homemade mushroom soup!! -

This is an excellent budget friendly hotel. Our room was large; very comfortable with arm chairs; and above all serviced throughout our stay. The room was ideal and we could park outside and bring our luggage in and out. Very warm and comfortable with a very good television. We had a very good meal that evening in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The staff could not be more helpful and replaced the light bulbs in the bedside lamps when I couldn't get them to work. Also the staff came and showed me how to lock the door when I couldn't do it.

Fantastic, well appointed accommodation. We were lucky enough to have a south-west facing apartment overlooking the river and enjoyed each evening with a bottle of wine on the balcony. Cardiff is such a small city by square miles that really any location is
a good location. Our apartment was a 5 minute walk to Mermaid Quay which
is very family friendly yet also accommodates a young nightlife. We
walked over their both nights and found many options to eat and drink
at. Overall the apartment was in good condition and our contact person
was very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Really nice place in a lovely location just outside Neath and handy for Swansea Bay and the Mumbles or exploring Camarthen Fan (Black Mountain). The place is a credit to the owner - Lawrence Morgan who has worked hard over many years to establish a top quality guest house.
