  The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

Withing walking distance of Millenium stadium (purpose of our visit). was a pleasure to walk into such a comfortable,bright and pleasant bed room. The staff were most obliging, friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was substantial, varied and tasty. ... vad folk säger » It is great that there is parking adjacent to hotel. - Have stayed in a few Mercure hotels now, including Carcassonne and Cologne and cannot fault this chain of hotels. This is definately my favourite chain. As for the Holland House in Cardiff i was a fantastic experience, with great facilities and lovely rooms! 10 out of 10!

  Fantastic, well appointed accommodation. We were lucky enough to have a south-west facing apartment overlooking the river and enjoyed each evening with a bottle of wine on the balcony. Extremely clean, beautifully furnished and very quiet. Merchants Quay was about a 15 minute walk away, and the Town Centre a similar distance in the other directi... vad folk säger » on. We are looking forward to our next break with Space in the City. We didn't get chance to enjoy the leisure facilities but they looked very good. - Cardiff is such a small city by square miles that really any location is a good location. Our apartment was a 5 minute walk to Mermaid Quay which is very family friendly yet also accommodates a young nightlife. We walked over their both nights and found many options to eat and drink at. Overall the apartment was in good condition and our contact person was very responsive to emails and phone calls.

  We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.... vad folk säger » Breakfast was lovely too. The best weekend thanku - The staff were particularly helpful with information for my grand daughter related to 'Doctor Who' . This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

  Hotel is in a good location for Cardiff City Centre. It's clean, with friendly staff, so I think is great value for money.   I have just got back from a nights stay at the Towers Hotel and Spa, Swansea Bay and have to comment on how fantastic the leisure facilities are. I found the infinity pool so relaxing, and made full use of the sauna and Jacuzzi! The hotel itself was also excellent, I stayed in a superior suite which was a night of luxury- well worth the money and a... vad folk säger » ll the staff at the hotel made my stay wonderful. - I recently stayed at the Towers Hotel and what a wonderful time myself and my partner had. The staff were excellent and were always willing to go that extra mile-very helpful! It was great to have sky TV in the room +all the sports channels available. Leisure faciltiies were fab- really clean and open till 10pm which was good for a late night swim.Restaurant excellent-great menuand service.
