  Bra läge , frukosten bra - We asked for a sea view and got exactly that. Could not have asked for better. Could lay in bed and hear the sea at night. Perfect! Breakfast was good too and on until 11am so we could have a nice sleep in!! Room also came with its own friendly Seagull which came to say hello from time to time. Brilliant!! - _Huge r... vad folk säger » oom, tons of shelf/storage/closet space! Nice beds, everything in working order. Clean. Shower worked well. The breakfast was good (full English breakfast without mushrooms, though?). Staff were really helpful. Great for staying there with a family.

  Allt - Stayed at the Umi Brighton for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice breakfast which was included in the excellent rate.   The personal attention from the staff was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble from when we arrived ( offering to carry the bags etc ) to ensuring the room was O/K for us ( managing to provide the type of room we requested ), to meeting all our needs at breakfast and checking we were happy with our stay there prior to departure. - Excellent... vad folk säger » on everything. very nice helpful, friendly owners and staff. could not do enough for me.   Had a really nice stay. Staff were excellent and could not have been more helpfull from the moment i pulled my car up to the moment i checked out. The hotel has a private car park at the rear which is free for guests to use.   Friendly, helpful, smart, staff. Lovely uniforms and dress code for all staff. Clean and bright hotel and rooms. Good food served in well equipped/appointed restaurant. Immaculate service. Friendly staff in leisure centre. Clean and well equipped leisure centre. Our room was clean, spacious. All I can say is that if you want to be treated like the only one at the hotel, The Grand is the place to go. The staff are excellent in all respects. Beds/pillows wonderful. Lots of towels in the bathroom. Spa - fab. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - a must. What more could you ask for - nothing.

Our rooms wasn't ready when we arrived so they gave us free drinks at the bar and up graded us to a rome with a sea view and a balcony. It was gorgeous.   The hotel made you feel at home, had a very enjoyable stay. Even thou we were only there for two nights we felt that we had had a very relaxing time and felt very refreshed. - The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming.   looking at the past reviews, I didn't know whether to book. We had such a lovely time the hotel was great and the hotel facilities are excellent. We will return again in November. - Everything about the hotel was great. Very friendly people and lovely big open rooms and with an excellent service.
