  This was a perfect break. The staff are such a friendly team and really go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed. The views out over the fells make you feel relaxed in the first 5 minutes. A tramp in the sun, a swim, a spell in the hot tub outside and then a good meal - what else could you want for your holiday? - Really enjoyed our st... vad folk säger » ay, a very relaxing short break. Excellent facilities, large car park, secure bike storage. Food plain, but large portions great if you've been walking or cycling. Apartment larger than expected. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.

  Had a very pleasant stay at the Dalston Hall, staff extremely helpful(the owner very kindly drove us to the Dalston factory in the morning inthe Hotels Rolls Royce. The ambiance of the Gallery was amazing, couldof sat listening to the music which was playing in their all night.   This is what we call a really nice, comfortable hotel, one in which you feel at home. Everything was perfect, and the staff are so friendly and helpful! We were sad to leave! - The staff dealt very efficiently with our wishes and gave us a very nice stay in their lovely hotel. They tried very hard to make sure everything was perfect.

  Boot and shoe pub was a great overnight stay. The friendly owners and staff made you feel very welcome. The accomodation was very comfortable and the food was good. The atmosphere in the bar was great. It seems to be one of the pubs in UK that is doing well and providing a good service to it's customers.Even Tarzan likes the place. Great stay.   After reading some negative reviews about this hotel I was really not expecting much at all. How wrong I was. My two children (age 4 & 8) and I stayed for 1 night. The staff were friendly,helpful and lovely with my children. The food was delicious. The offer of £20 for a four course meal and both children ate free meant we could dine in the h... vad folk säger » otel. The pool was a little cool but still enjoyed to the full.We look forward to our next visit. - the staff members were awesome they looked after our requirements of the menu as my wife didn't want what was on the sweet menu, they said no problem. she asked what do you like and they made it happen. wow impressive the chief was out standing in the presentation and taste of all the food we had. we really recommend the food top class at reasonable price. just like to say thank you for making our weekend special we will be going back

  Location, 10 minute walk into town. Helpful and knowledgeable, Paul knows the area and has colleagues who can provide outdoor activities etc if required. There is an excellent Italian resteraunt which has a steak night on a Wednesday which was recommended by Paul. Paul the owner is a very easy going and helpful person. Downstairs - I came to Penrith for a last minute festival participation and found Norcroft through this site. It is much better value than similar establishments, great breakfasts are made to order each morning and owner Paul bends over backwards to accommodate, he is truly a class act. (He will drive you wherever you need to go if he is available and at a much better rate than the local taxis.) The place is just off the downtown core and is spotless with nice modern bathrooms. I truly lucked out with this

  Bridleway is an excellent location from which to explore the Lake District National Park. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable and our hosts could not be more helpful. Our breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. We would be happy to use Bridleway again in the future. - We liked everything about our stay.A perfect break.   My partner and I enjoyed our stay so much as we had never stayed in such a beautiful hotel before. It was just what we were looking for a bit of peace and quiet. Every room in the hotel such as the lounges had beautiful log fires, which we enjoyed a few mulled wines whilst having a lovely relaxing sit down.
