From the moment we arrived, we were looked after really well by attentive staff. They took us to our room, carried luggage, explained the wifi and advised about booking a table in the restaurant. The restaurant was lovely, and though we thought we'd eat elsewhere at least once, we ended up eating at the Riverside every single day. The menu is great and varied, and the food is of high quality. Something for everyone.

Genuinely the best guest house we've ever stayed in. Excellent location, easy walk to newquay centre, fistral beach or other beaches. Accommodation is modern, very clean and lacks nothing. Breakfast was to the standard of any five star hotel that we've stayed in. The owners are very pleasant and cannot do enough to please. Fantastic location, really friendly staff. Room was lovely and the decoration was modern, crisp and clean. The breakfast was amazing. There was a huge firework display while we stayed and we sat out the front with big mugs of coffee and had the most fantastic view. Checking out the manager said we could leave our car for as long as we liked and enjoyed our last day. A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful location

Our friendly hosts provided clean, well equipped accommodations. From this location you can walk to restaurants, the harbour, town centre and National Maritime Museum. Pendennis Castle is a 5 minute drive away. The breakfast, provided for an additional charge, was excellent.
