It was a lovely interesting house set in a beautiful flower filled
rambling garden which guests are invited to explore. My room was bright
and cheery with fresh flowers, a comfy bed and everything I needed.
Sally, Chris and Anna were very friendly and on arrival I was welcomed

We loved everything, the hotel was spotless, the room and views of their garden were so beautiful. The breakfast there had so much choice, even kippers if you liked. Clive and Dorette made you feel so welcome, and could not do enough, I could have stayed longer, a perfect place to stay, and central to all the places we wanted to visit, Mazzaron, Mousehole, Port Isaac, Looe Lands End. Would highly recommend Pencubitt Country House, we have never stayed in such a lovely home, all your needs

The best guesthouse I have ever stayed in. Immaculate everywhere, the breakfast was fantastic and freshly cooked for us. The hosts very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. We were staying for just one night whilst visiting the nearby cliffside Minack Theatre, our hosts had even packed us a bag of rugs, blankets and waterproofs to take with us if needed.

Everything. Location was perfect. Views were perfect. Shack was so clean and tidy and provided everything you needed. The access to toilets showers and food was so easy. The price was extremely fair. Great atmosphere in bar with live music the night I was there, which was not over loud.
Full English breakfast just right.
All in all excellent for money.

The reason the value for money is poor is because I'm a north easterner. For Falmouth it was fantastic value. Very comfortable bed in my opinion n staff were really friendly and with good humour.
