  The bed was the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in!! I also asked if we could extend the check out by an hour which was no problem. - Service and helpfullness of staff.Good food.

  Everything. From the first point of contact with this Hotel, this has been a First Class experience at Le Chene The Hotel is well managed..! Staff are warm, friendly as well as very Professional in all their Duties Food served to a very High Standard catering for special diets i.e. Vegetarian, which was imperative in our case, the Chef is a "Profe... vad folk säger » ssional" we enjoyed both our Breakfast and Dinner everyday of our trip. Waiting Staff are in one word "Exceptional." Can't wait to return back in to G - Staff were helpful & friendly, the common rooms & bedroom were decent and well maintained. The hotel was correct value for money and I would stay there again. I usually stay in the centre of St Peter Port but in future I will enjoy a quieter location using taxi and/or my legs!

  Great hotel in a fantastic bay location. We had a lovely sea view room which had a shared balcony overlooking the beach. The rooms are fine - plenty of storage space for a long holiday. Breakfast was excellent - wide selection of cereals, fruit etc on the buffet and an excellent hot breakfast - cooked to order and all served nice and hot. The hotel has a great reputation for it's food - an extensive fish and seafood menu a - A great spot for basing yourself if you want to explore the jersey coastline, the staff were fantastic and really made us feel at home, many locals use the public bar and they are a great bunch, up for a laugh and generally quite tame. The food was excellent, we were trapped there by blizzards for three extra days while the airport was closed and the hotel made every effort to lessen the impact by allowing us free use of their laundry facilities etc. And it has the best duke box in the bar ever

  Everything you needed, nice touch with coffee etc on arrival and welcome pack. Bus to airport stops outside and costs £1.70 :-) used dishwasher, washer etc and no problem with leaving your rubbish etc out and getting extra tabs. Paid etc for harbour view which was lovely on the night we stayed in. Bed and topper very comfortable. Location is superb, within easy walk of most of the attractions of Jersey - St Helier. Fast wi-fi and the staffs at the reception is VERY VERY POLITE. Whats a wonderful view of the Marina they gave to me.. wooow!!! I will be back there for sure very soon. Thank you very much all member of staffs for a warm and happy stay.   From the welcoming arrival we knew that this was going to be a really good hotel and we were not disappointed. The manager Craig was helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble and kindly upgraded us to a superior room on arrival. The ensuite was equally well appointed with a separate bath and shower (although we found the sh - La Haule Manor is impressive on first view. It is in a prime position along the seafront in St Aubins bay. The house is full of history and still privately owned. We were met on arrival with a glass of champagne. The manager could not do more for us & was extremely helpful whenever we had questions. He was there when my suitcase lock jammed, when another guest had tyre problems on his car & when a guest had a door lock stuck on her in the bathroom at midnight. Although only B&B that

  Been close to the town centre. Bus from airport number 15 excellent service costing £1.70 per person takes you into town, follow the sign for (P. Pier Road) cannot get lost, getting to the apartment. Amanda was very friendly phoned on morning of departure,saying no need to hurry, leave when you are ready. The Royal Yacht Hotel restaurant very good... vad folk säger » , just around the corner from the apartment. - I am a big fan of serviced apartments and enjoyed a great stay at Saco. Amanda on reception was really helpful, the apartment was clean and had everything you need for business travel - great facilities. The apartments were also really convenient for all the business and leisure areas of St Helier.

  Excellent friendly staff service. Excellent food (we were only on B & B though). The adjoining bar/food/service was of equal high standard. We thought initially it was expensive - until you got your plate and thought "how the hell am I going to get through that"!! It was big portions but very very well cooked and not your usual 'stack plate... vad folk säger » with chips' method. Cleanliness. - This was our second visit to this hotel it was excellent value.We had a large garden view room with en-suite. All staff very friendly and helpful going out of their way to please.Quiet location direct access to the beach.We will definitely revisit and recommend.
