  Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

  Apart from the beautiful surroundings and the hotel itself, the thing that impressed me the most at the Oakley hotel, was the attitude of the staff. I was impressed by their friendliness and their eagerness to please, and just their general attitude to do what they could, to make our stay and relaxing and pleasant one. - The ease of everything and... vad folk säger » the staff they were wonderful - breakfast busy but unlike most hotels where they leave you in a queue they offered coffee and a seat in the lounge area and collected you when a table was ready - well done!   Rummet var stort och bra. - The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).

  The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is one of the best Ihave ever stayed in. I am self employed and travel alot and am alwaysstaying in different hotels and this is one of the best will definetlystay again - the staff were very friendly and always willing to help the food was lovely and so were the rooms a very enjoyable experiance

  Was my first visit to a non-USA Holiday Inn. Restaurant and bar where much nicer than any US property. Workout facilities were also great with lots of equipment and space to work out. I didn't have my kids with me, but it seemed very family friendly. - very efficient-as arrived very late, by taxi with a baby and lots of baggage

  I love the style of the hotel. The lobby was fantastic. Very welcoming. The fish tanks by tye lifts on every floor were amazing. Having an ice dispenser and a shoe shine machinewas a real bonus. The room was cosy (we had trouble waking up for breakfast...ha ha) it was wonderful and very convenient having not only a health salon and a swimming pool... vad folk säger » at the hotel, but also a bar which had live music, but also a night club too. The dining lounge was exquisite. It was very easy to have breakfast als - When checking in, the ladies on reception were very curteous and efficient, even helping me with my luggage all the way up to my room. The room was a generous size with a comfy bed. The leisure centre was just what I needed with a gym/cardio centre and also a pool, sauna, steam room and jaccuzzi. The gym was quite busy but there was enough equipment for all. Breakfast was lovely and included in the billl. The evening meal was a little expensive for what it was but as a hotel restaurant I wa

  My friend and i had single rooms, the beds were larger than singles. Hotel staff were happy and very helpful and we were opposite windsor castle which was the reason for our visit. We will stay at this hotel again - Facilities and warm welcoming and the service were fantastic/Faultless
