  When I read the reviews on here, I thought this place is too good to be true but it wasn't! I had a beautifully decorated room that was really comfortable and clean, almost forensically clean! The sheets weren't just fresh, they smelled fresh! Amazing b & b in Ayr. The nicest couple! Clean, gorgeous place. Breakfast was phenomenal. Choice of cereals, juices, cheeses, freshly cut fruits, yoghurt, cereal or granola bars, bacon, sausage, eggs anyway you wanted them, toast, croissants, homemade jams, traditional Scottish Breakfast if desired, pot of tea or pot of coffee.   Everything was 1st class. Spotlessly clean guest house, friendly owner and staff, lovely comfortable bedroom with very large separate bathroom. The extras in the bedroom added a lovely touch - usual tea and coffee making facilities but also with a cafetiere, boiled sweets, small fridge in room, iron and ironing board - everything you could wish fo... vad folk säger » r. The choice of breakfast is amazing for a small establishment and the food was lovely - all freshly made. Excellent location - minutes from beach or - The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

  As an electrician travelling up & down the country i have stayed in some dia hotels but this one the comfort of the room,bed duvet covers pillows if i had had a larger suitcase i would have loved to take them home with me, thebreakfast was fresh & couldnt have been served better, if i had an option this hotel and any others if in a chain w... vad folk säger » ould be my prefered option to stay in. - Staff excellent.   Bra mat - Upgrade to executive suite for no extra charge. Leisure Club facilities and very friendly and helpful staff who made you feel very welcome. Breakfasts were excellent too. We enjoyed our stay very much - Well sited in relation to Ayr town centre . Delightful views of Arran. Staff very efficient and friendly.

  Ja mycket bättre hotell kan man knappast få, perfekt att anlända till Skottland och få till en natt nära Prestwick innan man börjar sitt Skottlandsäventyr. Vill man bo med klass och ändå billigt så är detta rätt hotell. - Mycket trevlig and hjälpsam personal

  I liked the whole experience of staying at the Piersland. We received a warm welcome and were shown to the most beautiful room which had a wonderful bathroom almost as big as the room. The welcome in the dining room was equally as good and the food and wine were excellent. As we had to leave next morning to catch an early ferry, the staff went out... vad folk säger » of their way to make sure that we had a super breakfast. We will certainly be going back and making sure our friends know about it. - I was at a wedding at a nearby hotel and did not have the opportunity to sample all of the Piersland's facilities. However I did find the staff and bar service first class. The room was the lodge/cottage to the left. My partner and I were very pleasantly surprised by the comfort and layout. Room service breakfast was more than sufficient.

  The room was very goodd gave comfort after a long journey. The facilities in the executive room were excellent and I will be using again. The location was good and allowed walking after lunch. All in all I had a good experience staying at this hotel and although it is a corporate hotel it isn't used a much as it should be. - The staff was excelle... vad folk säger » nt and very helpful when I was checking in and out.
