  We liked the fact that it is virtually next door to our family who live on Birchfield Road. We have stayed there for the last few years for a Birthday celebration. The staff could not have been more helpful. It was extremely hot when we arrived and we were offered a sheet to replace the duvet and a jug of iced water, which was immediately brought... vad folk säger » to our room. - The man in the restaurant in particular (think he was either Italian or Spanish) gave excellent service, his service alone would make me want to stay again. Even though they were clearly understaffed he was still extremely pleasant and his level of service was excellent!

  Lovely people and great breakfast. Family of 4 inc breakfast only £58 for a Friday night. - I could not fault my 5 night stay , staff were the best I have ever come across.

  Easy to find, quiet,traditional looking but modern. Wifi was free, car parking free. Breakfast was included. These were not included in places located in the centre of Birmingham. The cost was half that advertised for a rival on the cadburys world website. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were excellent. It was delivered or served promoptly. - Inclusive breakfast and WiFi; at the price this is very competitive and a clear delimiter for Marstons in that area. The rooms are comparable with Premier Inn for about 10-15% less in the location I stayed. Good viable alternative and I would choose to stay again.
