  Very kind, caring staff. They make sure you feel welcome and comfortable. They have given the place a distinct eco-friendly, positive personality. The beds are comfortable.   The breakfast on Monday morning was very good indeed; service was friendly and attentive. My room, although small, was clean and the bed comfortable.   Comfortable room and girl in reception - room was bigger than others I've seen and where I paid even more than for the one at Grantham Hotel. To go into town I had to take the Bus, but the bus station wasn't far from the hotel, so after finding out how to do it, I had no further problems. I had a very difficult time finding the hotel due to a blocked exit on the M1 and then problems with the sat nav sending me to the middle of Nottingham. But your receptionist at Daybrook that evening was wonderful, helped me get to your Miller's Barn location (I think that was the name of it). The hotel was clean and comfortable. The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family group(3 adults and 8 children!). The staff could not have been better - they were so helpful it made our weekend.   A Great place tostay easy access to town with friendly accomodating staff. Rooms clean with lots of tea and coffee to keep you gooing. Parts of the room could do with an upgrade.   We did ask for quiet rooms, but mine was not quiet, as it was beneath a staircase. The receptionist said it was the fault of letsbookhotel.com for not relaying the request! She refunded the cost of my room. The other room was fine. I am always amazed that modern British hotels have wooden floors/ceilings. All other modern hotels in the world have ... vad folk säger » concrete, and don't have the noise problem. - The day and night staff were friendly, caring and professional in terms of customer care. The beds are extremely comfortable and the TV was very welcome. The breakfast and breakfast staff were both excellent.
