  The rooms were lovely it was a present for my wedding aniversary i normal stay at the trethorne hotel but as mark and emily are not there they booked us in to this hotel i would stay again at this hotel the breakfast was fab i would say the best hotel along mount wise for sure - we really enjoyed our stay, thought the staff and customers were very ... vad folk säger » friendly and welcoming, room was ideal for the two of us, plenty of breakfast and evenings were great. Newquay was a five minute walk from the hotel and another five to the beach.

  Everything there was nothing that either me or my partner could fault. Oh expect the size of the towels but that is more of a prefrence. However apart from that, The owners were very lovely, and wonderful, making you feel at home. The property is kept really clean and the owners John and Kay are really friendly and helpful. We have now been twice and plan to return again in the near future. Oh and the Breakfast is spot on.

  A very welcoming stay, comfortable in the family room for 2 adults + 2 children, with private shower & spa bath, close to beaches and Newquay's facilities and airport. For high summer season a budget friendly price for a family of 4, with superb full breakfast included, and very personable owner/staff who went out of her way to ensure the "per... vad folk säger » fect stay". Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return again for our family holiday in Newquay. - The owner and manager of the Aquarius B&B was extremely good at giving us all the help we needed, from trying to find the B&B in the dark and driving rain to what to expect on our first surfing experience. She is good at making you feel comfortable whatever time of day it is, and nothing was too much trouble. The spa bath that came with our room was fantastic, as was the breakfasts. The rooms are bright and comfortable beds.

  I booked this quite late after having a browse on the letsbookhotel.com, I read some reviews, looked at the location and was great. I got a txt on the day of arrival to ask when I was going arrive (nice touch) and when arrived felt very welcoming. The lodge is well decorated, clean, and they've even got a friendly dog. Breckfast was good. They... vad folk säger » even filled up my flask for two days and provided a 'take away' breckfast as I left early on the day of departure. I stay in a lot of different plac - Room and facilities were fantastic, great shower, very comfortable bed, light clean room with plenty of areas for clothes to go, owners were the best part, were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay more comfortable, even gave my friend a lift to the wedding, if we were going to miss breakfast they gave little take away breakfast bag. Would stay here again.

  Booked this B&B at the last minute for a 5 night stay in Newquay. We were delighted with our choice. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable, light and airy. Breakfast was served in the dining room and had lots of choice. The breakfast was cooked to perfection. Location is ideal as near enough for a short walk to Newquay centre and several beaches but far enough away to be very peacef - Very comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful owners, very welcoming. Very clean and comfortable room. Fantastic heated outdoor pool. Lovely big garden with sea views. Great breakfast. Town and beach within walking distance. Friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.

  we loved every part of the 3 Tee's, Greg and Fiona were great hosts, made us very wlecome and looked after us druing our stay, rooms were what we expected , nice, clean, serviced daily etc, spot on, will defo stay here again, sooner rather than later - View from the window was beautiful.   The hotel is located in the town centre and has easy access to to all the local bars and restaurants. The owner is very friendly and chatty. The rooms are very clean and there was fresh towels every day. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit and cereals and a cooked to order breakfast.   Friendly and welcoming, we booked a family room for two adult sisters and their young niece and nephew, the hotel was clean and family oriented, our room was adequate, the kids liked the bunk beds, it was comfortable, light and airy, with a view of the sea from the side window. We definately want to come back, Jim and Yvonne - A gem of a hotel in a fantastic spot. Yvonne + Jim couldn't do enough for us, making us feel welcome right from the start of our stay, even down to offering to find an off road wheelchair for my husbands 94 yr old mother + lending us a book of walks! Breakfast was very tasty and always served with a smile.Would recommend to all!

  The first impressions on going through the front door were of a more 'hostel' situation, but the front reception room is used to store travelers surf boards etc. The room was fine with nice sea views and a big bathroom Fairly basic room, but comfy beds and just enough room for two adults. It was a hot time of year but an electric fan was provided ... vad folk säger » which is unusual in the UK! Fantastic cooked breakfast for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike. Quiet and close to the bus station, cinema complex, - joanne was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and fresh waitress very helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay.
