  lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly helpful staff.Position close to beach in a nice quiet spot no road noise whatsoever. Room was big and breakfast was plentiful - everything, excellent stay, great surroundings, good food, friendly staff, very clean and reasonably priced.Plenty of sight seeing to do.

  We stayed at lazy waves for a couple of night, The owners was great supplied information where to eat and where to visit. Breakfast was excellent and nice and fresh dining area is very cosy. Our room was fantastic looking straight over at the sea they even supplied binoculars in the room nice quite road and there is benches just across the road an... vad folk säger » d you can sit there and take all the beautiful views in. If we come back to visit Newquay we would stay here. Thanks for making our stay comfortable. - the peace and quiet and fantastic view from the room, the delicious home-made granola and door-step granary toast for breakfast, nice little touches like current magazines, binoculars and beach games to borrow, the local knowledge, freshly baked cakes and friendly service provided by the proprietors

  Staff were friendly and polite and would have dome anything for our comfort, giving good advice on lunch / dinner recommendations. Was really impressed with out overall stay at St Bernards.   The hotel was lovely and very clean. The staff were very helpful regarding parking and actually managed to reserve a parking space for us. I would definatley be returning next year. - relatives were staying at a nearby hotel and we were able to spend time with them

  I booked this quite late after having a browse on the letsbookhotel.com, I read some reviews, looked at the location and was great. I got a txt on the day of arrival to ask when I was going arrive (nice touch) and when arrived felt very welcoming. The lodge is well decorated, clean, and they've even got a friendly dog. Breckfast was good. They... vad folk säger » even filled up my flask for two days and provided a 'take away' breckfast as I left early on the day of departure. I stay in a lot of different plac - Room and facilities were fantastic, great shower, very comfortable bed, light clean room with plenty of areas for clothes to go, owners were the best part, were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to make your stay more comfortable, even gave my friend a lift to the wedding, if we were going to miss breakfast they gave little take away breakfast bag. Would stay here again.

  Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from town. Stunning views of the beach and golf club from balcony rooms. Bed incredibly comfortable. Easy hotel parking too, for £10. Cheaper than parking anywhere else and can leave car parked up for the whole stay as everything in walking distance. Staff lovely and friendly.
