The room (superior) was ideal, very clean and with large shower,garden/sea view. Friendly helpful staff. I left my bag and purse in the tv room and it was handed back to me, phew.

  Pete and his wife run a very good Budget Hotel. Friendly and with good local knowledge. A very good, Hotel to Town Bus service, saves trying to find a parking place in the Town, for those that like walking it´s about 30-40 mins. along the lovely coast path., to walk the generous Breakfast off. With all the bars and pubs in St Ives it is better the... vad folk säger » car stays in the free Hotel car park. We had a great time at Beechwood and if ever in St Ives again it would be our first choice. Value for Money? Ab - The owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met at a B&B. You get a full English Breakfast that is very good as well as fresh fruit, cereal, and yogurt. There is a park across the road for kids to play and the beach is very close. I would take a car or bus to the beach when traveling with small children as the hill is very steep. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. Amazing people and very patient with our young children.

  I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 17months old. Our room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included in the price. If you are looking for a boutique type hotel this is not for you, but I would stay here over any boutique hotel. The setting was magnificent. Beautiful grounds and woodland... vad folk säger » s. Even the walk back to the hotel from St Ives up the big hill was not enough to put me off going again. - The hotel was absolutely amazing! So friendly and had a lovely warm welcome and ports of smiles and politeness from all staff. Food was delicious and well presented. Our room was AMAZING, we had a beautiful view of the sea and the room was kept nice and clean everyday by the wonderful cleaning staff. We will be staying again with you in the future!   The apartment was very spacious and stylishly furnished. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and a good sized table that would sit 6 people. The bathroom (and the shower in particular) was good. There was plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen. There was a lovely patio/seating area with a ta - The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and bright with a lovely view of the sea and comfy beds. I like cooking on holiday and the kitchen facilities were great. Lee was a very welcoming manager.
