we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. right in heart of manchester. The apartments were in an ideal position for MEN Arena and the nightlife of Deansgate.We found the facilities to be of an excellent standard. alla recensioner »
quality ,quiet and friendly atmosphere ,. Sense of space, privacy. it was in a good location for the MEN Arena. quiet and comfortable.Location. big bright roomy and great balcony and great bath.although i felt looked after by the staff, i was called around 4/5 times in total over the day before and the day of staying in the apartment asking questions like "would you need car parking space?" which was nice, but could be asked on the internet. i felt a bit pestered by the third phonecall. No toiletries or option to request bathrobe and no hairdryer. No coffee maker. I felt the apartment was not prepared for new tenant. Eggs in cupboard had use by date of 8 June (checked in on 9 July) so no effort to clean out old goods. Problem with bulbs in the apartment........alot were not working. Does not deserve 5* status. No waste baskets in bedrooms and bedrooms.
